What Happy Customers Said...
Many Thanks to a highly professional ,reputable company with brilliant staff who are very helpful, diligent & courteous. We have used them in the past for our CCTV & when we needed to upgrade our Alarm & Fire Alarm Systems we immediately thought of them .They were quickly & efficiently installed & a couple of minor snags quickly rectified . We now have a fantastic modern Alarm & CCTV system linked through to Police monitoring. We can & will happily recommend Raven Fire & Security to anyone looking to install a new system.

5 StarsHad a nightmare today with our alarm (which we never use) being tripped. Couldn’t get it to turn off. Rang Raven and they were here within the hour! All fixed and sorted without a delay or a fuss. Thank you so much!

5 StarsExcellent service at a good price. Responded quickly and arrived when promised. Pleasant, courteous and, importantly, did an excellent, tidy job. Would recommend and use again.

Paul Turner
5 StarsWe are very pleased with our new house alarm. We asked three companies to visit and supply quotes. Paul from Raven explained the options patiently and clearly – there was no hard sell – and we were assured by his low-key but knowledgeable approach. Raven’s quote was competitive and so we had no hesitation in appointing them. The fitters did a good clean job and we were happy to leave them to get on with it – both very nice guys too! We will use Raven again to maintain the system, as required, and we recommend them without hesitation. A nice, no nonsense family firm and, no, we are not friends or relatives!

The engineer Dominic you have working for you is a credit to your company he is very helpful and informative and very knowledgeable. He advised me on my door locks which only take 8 seconds to get into and he also told me about the new alarm system with camera’s and the app to go on my phone absolutely brilliant, I did show him my house is in the process of being sold but when i move into my new house i will be in touch for you to do a alarm on my new house with this.
