We deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or UK bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 4 working days. For express delivery & recorded delivery a signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. A card will be left if no one is present with instructions on how to pickup / arrange redelivery of your item.
Returns Policy
For items purchased from our online store We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment.
To return your items contact us using the contact us link via our website and we will allocate you a returns number. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item Raven Fire and Security . You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
Returning Goods Which are of Unsatisfactory Quality or Unfit for Purpose You can return these items to us using the returns label. 7 Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only) In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase.
Warranty
The standard warranty terms of Raven Fire and Security are that it will replace FREE of charge any goods found to be defective by reason of bad materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months ( or longer depending on manufacturer ) from the date of invoice or shipmen, whichever is the soonest subject to the faulty equipment being returned carriage paid to our warehouse.
The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, the consequence of carelessness or incompetence of those handling or operating the goods or the performance of the goods other than under the conditions for which they were designed.
The aforesaid warranty provisions shall so far as is permitted by law, be in lieu of any other warranty condition, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise and in no event shall the company be liable for the purchaser's loss of profits, increased cost of working or any like consequential loss.
No representation or warranty is given as to the suitability or fitness of the goods for any particular purpose and the purchaser shall satisfy himself in this respect and shall be totally responsible therefore.
Delivery
We dispatch good as soon as possible after cleared payment has been received, if paying by cheque please allow 7 days after we have receipt to allow clearance.
Standard delivery is £7.99 for as many items you like, The delivery is FREE on all orders over £ 150 ex vat.
For good paid by pay pal or credit card we will normally dispatch within 2 working days, sometimes sooner if possible, although some products do take a little longer, but this will be advised on sales details.

Large items are dispatched via Parcel Force fully trackable service for which we will require a delivery receipt, smaller items we use the Royal Mail First , or Second Class Post, check sales details.( if any item purchased has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch notification please contact us and we will try and find out what has happened).
